This role focuses on the deployment, operation, repair, and support of Agility Robotics' humanoid robots in customer facilities. It involves on-site technical services, troubleshooting, fleet management, and ensuring successful robot operations and service delivery. The position requires strong mechatronics troubleshooting skills and the ability to work in dynamic, high-stakes environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the day-to-day robot operations and service delivery for all robots including troubleshooting and repair
  2. Lead all robot activities for media events and customer demonstrations
  3. Support cross-functional teams to perform root cause analyses
  4. Gather metrics and KPI's for key elements to assess the quality of products and assist in operational process improvements
  5. Assist in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of cross-functional training, work instructions, best practices, and procedures to ensure consistency with customer needs, company goals, and industry best practices
