Senior Director of Product (head of International - Real Time Operations)

Axon Axon · Enterprise · Office, WA · 2023 R&D Project Force

This role is for a Senior Director of Product (Head of International - Real Time Operations) at Axon. The primary focus is on defining and executing the international strategy for the Fusus platform, ensuring its competitiveness, scalability, and alignment with global product strategy. The role involves close collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams to prioritize investments, shape tender responses, and harmonize requirements across regions. While the Fusus platform may incorporate AI/ML features, the core responsibilities of this role are product management, international expansion, and go-to-market strategy, not the direct development or research of AI/ML models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define the international product strategy for Fusus, balancing competitiveness, sustainability, and scalability.
  2. Partner directly with international sales leadership to evaluate pipeline opportunities, shape tender responses, and prioritize engineering work to win deals.
  3. Harmonize requirements across countries and regions, ensuring strategic parity with U.S. markets where necessary, while building features and capabilities that truly matter for international success.
  4. Collaborate with product, engineering, and program leaders to ensure international deliverables are embedded in Axon’s global roadmap.
  5. Ensure compliance with regional security, privacy, and data residency standards critical to customer trust and adoption.
