What you'd actually do

  1. Support the growth of the APAC Destination Business by collaborating with the APAC Head of Homes to build powerful fact based narratives for the multiple regional launches and go to market initiatives
  2. Own onboarding and ongoing enablement for Acquisition and Account Management teams (both internal and vendors) across APAC
  3. Localize global enablement content, sales pitches, and narratives to reflect regional market needs
  4. Design and deliver role-based training programs, including mock calls, certifications, and playbooks
  5. Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, Policy, and regional leaders to align enablement with business priorities

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • at least 5 years in enablement, sales operations, or related roles in a fast paced global environment
  • Experience in creating and delivering agile & AI powered sales enablement content including: strong narrative, sales pitches, talking points, objection handling and standardized playbooks preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • SQL proficiency strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of APAC markets and cultural dynamics
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
