Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Senior Account Executive role focused on selling Axon's products and services to new enterprise verticals outside of public safety. This role involves building repeatable sales motions, establishing commercial partnerships, and managing revenue growth. The position requires strong sales, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills, with a focus on achieving sales quotas.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and build our earliest and largest sales to customers in new verticals at Axon
  2. Manage and grow revenue and market share to achieve Axon’s strategic objectives
  3. Build business plans with internal and external stakeholders to drive Axon adoption
  4. Execute sales training and provide marketing support
  5. Develop and maintain client and partner relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth

Skills

Required

  • At least 7+ years working in sales and/or channel for a technology company preferably in software, SaaS, cloud, collaboration
  • Track record of sales and channel sales success
  • Experience with executive level engagements and communication
  • Experience with large VAR’s and Systems Integrators

Nice to have

  • Startup experience preferred
