This role is for a Senior GTM Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting for sales roles. The recruiter will act as a talent advisor, partner with sales leaders, build talent pipelines, and use data to improve hiring outcomes. The role emphasizes ownership, influence, and impact in a fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the full lifecycle recruiting process—from proactive sourcing through close—for sales roles across the business.
  2. Partner closely with sales leaders to define _what excellence actually looks like_, not just what’s written on a req.
  3. Build intentional, future-ready talent pipelines across our go-to-market organization—including Account Executives, Strategic Customer Success Managers, Key Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and more.
  4. Use data and market insight to guide decisions, challenge assumptions, and improve hiring outcomes.
  5. Source aggressively and creatively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Greenhouse, and whatever else gets results.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven success recruiting sales or revenue-generating roles in fast-paced environments
  • Strong sourcing chops and a track record of building high-quality pipelines
  • Comfort managing high-volume, high-visibility requisitions
  • Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and push back when needed
  • Sharp instincts, strong judgment, and the ability to move fast without being sloppy
  • A data-informed mindset—you know what to measure and why it matters
  • High accountability, strong organization, and a bias for action
