Senior Ios Engineer, Global Markets

Airbnb Airbnb · Consumer · China · Software Engineering

Senior iOS Engineer focused on building and adapting Airbnb's guest and host experience for global markets, with a strong emphasis on locale-aware UI, market-specific features, and performance optimization. The role involves full-stack product development, technical leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What you'd actually do

  2. work on projects spanning the full product surface, from signup/login, search, PDP, checkout, and reviews to foundational components like maps, networking and logging.
  3. partner closely with PMs, designers, data scientists, and engineers across both our China-based team and Global partner teams to ship features that make millions of users across under-penetrated markets feel right at home.
  4. play a key role in raising the engineering bar through code reviews, tech design reviews, and mentoring.
  5. As the tech lead of a project, drive end-to-end delivery, communicate progress to stakeholders, and own the overall quality across the full release cycle
