  2. Strategize & Prioritize: Set team priorities, ensure alignment with organizational objectives, and manage resources to meet project milestones.
  3. Mentor & Develop: Provide technical guidance, coaching, and career development opportunities for team members to grow their capabilities.
  4. Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with cross-functional team leaders, including firmware, mechanical, and project management and program management, to ensure successful product delivery from concept through production.
  5. Oversee Execution: Ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of electronics designs through active oversight of engineering activities.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 9 years of experience in electrical engineering, with 6+ years in a technical managerial leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in working across disciplines to deliver integrated hardware and software solutions.
  • Understanding of compliance standards (FCC, CE, IEC) and ability to guide the team in designing for these standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to influence, present, and document effectively.
