Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience across product marketing, product management, strategy, consulting, finance, sales, or related roles
  • Financial Services, FinTech, Payment Processing or other ancillary industry experience
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence Director- and VP-level stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong track record of owning business outcomes, not just deliverables, within a growth-stage or scaled technology company
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear, compelling narratives that drive alignment and action
  • Highly data-driven, with strong analytical capabilities and comfort synthesizing insights across customer research, performance metrics, and market dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate customer needs and translate insights into durable product and go-to-market strategy
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, setting direction, and driving clarity and momentum across teams

Nice to have

  • Experience leading product marketing for multi-product or platform portfolios
  • Deep experience partnering with B2B Sales, including sales enablement and pipeline influence
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Chorus, SQL, Looker, or similar analytics tools
  • Restaurant, hospitality, or vertical SaaS experience
