Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, or partner support, with a strong track record of building and growing business relationships
  • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple stakeholders, with the ability to influence and align teams toward shared goals
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within highly regulated, policy-driven environments, balancing business objectives with compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to manage a leads pipeline and book of business, driving growth and retention
  • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to decision-making
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, with success in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Self-starter with strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
