Senior Market Manager for Airbnb Hotels in Sydney, Australia. Responsible for expanding Airbnb's hotel supply in the region by acquiring and managing hotel partners, developing acquisition strategies, and fostering relationships. What you'd actually do

  1. Build, manage and expand partner relationships within your territory, aiming to surpass quarterly sales targets with Hotels.
  2. Conduct regular high-stakes prospecting and executive pitch meetings with senior partner stakeholders.
  3. Conduct optimisation calls and business reviews with partners to develop strong, enduring partnerships providing exceptional, timely service to hosts, including in-person support as needed.
  4. Implement strategies for effective pipeline and conversion management of deals and prospective hotel partners.
  5. Prospect and onboard new, high-quality supply within your assigned geography.
