Senior Process and Automation Analyst

This role is for a Senior Process and Automation Analyst on the Revenue Solutions Post Sales team. The primary responsibilities include handling BAU tickets, troubleshooting issues in Salesforce and Gainsight, documenting workflows, identifying system changes, performing data analysis, and supporting UAT. The role requires strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and experience in business operations within a SaaS environment, with a focus on Salesforce. While the company uses AI-assisted tools in recruitment, this role itself is not AI-focused.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming BAU tickets, triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  2. Document current-state workflows and proactively identify areas for incremental improvement through process mapping and analysis.
  3. Identify system changes needed including validation rules, flows, page layouts, email alerts, and picklist modifications.
  4. Perform data analysis and generate reports to support operational decision-making and track the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  5. Partner with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Onboarding, Billing, Deal Desk, BizTech) to understand their needs and deliver solutions that align with how teams operate.
