Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Picking & Tools

Instacart Instacart · Consumer · United States · Remote · Product Management

Instacart is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution for their Enterprise Picking & Tools product area. This role focuses on the tools and technology that power order picking, management, and fulfillment for retail partners, aiming to improve picking accuracy, speed, and shopper satisfaction. The role involves defining roadmaps, collaborating with engineering and data science teams, and working closely with retail partners to ensure seamless integration and adoption of tooling. The ideal candidate has experience in product management for complex enterprise B2B environments, is data-literate, and can influence cross-functional teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. You will own enterprise picking experiences — from how shoppers receive and action orders in-store, to the tools retailers use to configure, monitor, and optimize their fulfillment operations
  2. You will build deep understanding of shopper workflows and retailer operational pain points to design tools that improve picking accuracy, speed, and shopper satisfaction
  3. You will work closely with retail partners to ensure our tooling integrates naturally into their in-store environments
  4. You will partner with enterprise sales and retailer success teams to support partner onboarding, drive adoption of new features, and contribute to retailer NPS and retention
  5. You will define platform solutions that scale across retailer sizes, store formats, and fulfillment models — including pick & deliver, pickup, and delivery-only
