Senior Product Manager for ServiceTitan's Payments Platform, focusing on building the next generation of payment systems to help customers get paid faster and grow their business. The role involves owning the roadmap, understanding stakeholder needs, defining metrics, collaborating with various teams, and executing across the product lifecycle. What you'd actually do

  1. Own the Payment Platform roadmap, developing a clear product vision, success metrics, and priorities aligned with company revenue and growth targets.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder needs—from field technicians collecting payments to merchants running their businesses to consumers settling invoices—and translate those insights into clear product strategies and scalable systems.
  3. Define and own core payments metrics to guide prioritization and measure impact.
  4. Collaborate with leadership, partnerships, financing, strategy and go-to-market teams–translating complex requirements into clear plans, and driving execution through ambiguity.
  5. Execute effectively across all areas of the product life cycle, including research, concept, user stories, development, go-to-market, adoption, outcomes, and impact.

Skills
