Senior Product Manager to lead the Tax track within Booking Holdings' FinTech Business Unit. This role focuses on building and evolving a unified, global tax infrastructure that handles complex transactions and adapts to changing regulations, while modernizing legacy systems and ensuring compliance. The role requires end-to-end product lifecycle leadership, stakeholder management, and a focus on operational excellence.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute a 1–3 year roadmap for the global Tax Product, building reusable Tax primitives and pluggable tax modules.
  2. Lead the product lifecycle from initial discovery and architectural alignment through to the execution of complex, multi-year programs.
  3. Navigate and modernize legacy financial stacks. Ensuring current compliance obligations are met without compromising long-term technical integrity.
  4. Act as the bridge between Engineering and non-technical stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, and Tax Experts). You will translate complex technical logic into business risk/value for senior leadership.
  5. Manage a diverse stakeholder map, often arbitrating between conflicting priorities from different regional markets and long term capabilities.

Skills

Required

  • Product Management experience
  • Technical Depth: comfortable discussing API contracts, data schemas, and system interdependencies with Engineers.
  • Strategic Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convert and manage diverse set of stakeholders

  • Experience working on Platform or Infrastructure products
  • Regulatory compliance area experience
  • Prior experience in FinTech, Payments, or Tax Technology
