This role focuses on product marketing, sales enablement, and field marketing within the enterprise AI domain. The Senior Product Marketing Enablement Specialist will bridge the gap between product messaging and market understanding, creating compelling narratives and sales tools. They will support go-to-market initiatives, drive consistency across customer touchpoints, and leverage AI tools to enhance program execution and personalization. The role requires experience in developing product messaging, sales enablement materials, and field marketing programs, with a focus on enterprise verticals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop product messaging and campaign positioning that resonates with enterprise audiences in retail, healthcare, and other core enterprise verticals
  2. Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive battlecards that equip sellers to win
  3. Support field events and customer engagement programs that drive pipeline and brand presence
  4. Leverage AI and emerging tools to enhance personalization, follow-up, and scalability of marketing programs
  5. Act as a strategic advisor on how Axon shows up in-market across enterprise audiences

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience across product marketing, sales enablement and field marketing
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through events, campaigns, and field initiatives
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales
  • Demonstrated ability to develop compelling product messaging and translate technical solutions into real-world value
  • Strong experience creating sales enablement materials that equip sellers to win (decks, battlecards, one-pagers, demo content)
  • Ability to break into new markets or verticals (retail, healthcare, or similar) and tailor strategies accordingly
  • Creative, out-of-the-box ideas for programs that capture attention, differentiate Axon, and drive meaningful enterprise engagement
  • Experience using data and insights to measure performance and optimize programs
  • Familiarity with AI and emerging tools to enhance execution and personalization
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills across product, sales, and customer success
  • High standards for execution, creativity, and detail
