What you'd actually do

  1. Define and evolve the overarching value proposition for Agility’s product portfolio. Develop differentiated messaging frameworks that connect technical capabilities with customer needs.
  2. Lead GTM planning and high-profile product announcements. You will own audience definition, naming, positioning, and marketing requirements to drive awareness and demand in priority industries and use cases.
  3. Serve as a hands-on creator and overseer of high-impact sales enablement assets (spec sheets, presentations, case studies, and videos). Ensure absolute technical accuracy while accelerating the buyer's journey.
  4. Map the decision-making landscape for automation buyers and operators. Understand their operational pain points, tech stacks, buying processes, and KPIs to create persona frameworks that ground all demand generation and marketing execution.
  5. Act as the strategic loop between the market and the company. Gather and translate analyst research, win/loss data, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback into actionable insights that shape our go-to-market.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing or product management
  • Proven track record of driving high-profile product launches for robotics, AI, or adjacent deep-tech hardware
  • Master storyteller and writer who can translate complex technical functionality into clear, relatable narratives
  • Highly collaborative and pragmatic
  • Demonstrated ability to partner closely with Product Management, Sales, and creative teams to influence outcomes without formal authority
