Product Marketing Manager for Axon 911, focusing on brand unification, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for a public safety platform that includes an AI intelligence layer. What you'd actually do

  1. Help continue leading the brand and messaging unification of Prepared and Carbyne into Axon 911, ensuring a clear and differentiated market narrative.
  2. Own product positioning, messaging frameworks, launch strategy, release cadence, and go-to-market coordination across a growing portfolio of products within the Axon 911 portfolio.
  3. Partner closely with the Product Management team to deeply understand product capabilities and translate technical concepts into clear customer-facing messaging.
  4. Work across the business to create and maintain enablement materials, sales narratives, launch assets, and product marketing collateral that support field sales and customer success teams.
  5. Drive cross-functional alignment between product, sales, marketing, enablement, and executive leadership around how Axon 911 communicates its value to the market.

Skills

Required

  • 5–10 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, or related GTM-focused roles.
  • Experience operating as a highly autonomous or sole product marketer within a lean or high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading a rebrand, repositioning initiative, acquisition integration, or major brand transformation.
  • Strong experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Enablement, and Executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, including experience writing product messaging, launch content, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Experience working in competitive markets where positioning, differentiation, and market education were critical.
  • Comfortable operating as both a strategic leader and hands-on individual contributor.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently identify gaps, drive alignment, and execute with urgency.
