Seeking a Senior Sales Account Executive with a strong new logo sales background to join the Outbound Sales Team, focusing on restaurant owners in the Small/Mid-sized business segment. The role involves creating outbound strategies, sourcing leads, cold calling/emailing, and closing deals for Square's ecosystem. Requires excellent communication, diligence, and rapport-building skills to negotiate and close complex deals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Understand the business and technology needs of a merchant to execute a sales motion using a consultative approach
  2. Conduct prospecting, discovery calls, demos and develop a solution with first and third party offerings that best meets the prospect's needs
  3. Deliver a predictable, repeatable and scalable outbound sales process to fill your pipeline and close deals (prospecting activities include:, cold calling, cold emailing, social selling, etc.)
  4. Partner with our Business Development Team to convert and close cold, outbound leads
  5. Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) through proactive outbound sales efforts

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a full cycle closing role
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience
  • Demonstrated exceeding sales targets
  • Selling a diverse ecosystem of products

  • Salesforce experience or equivalent
