This role is for a Senior Solutions Consultant at Outreach, an AI platform for revenue teams. The role focuses on pre-sales activities, including conducting discovery, designing solutions, and delivering product demonstrations to help customers understand how Outreach's AI capabilities can improve revenue execution. The consultant acts as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, partnering with Sales and other internal teams to drive successful sales cycles and connect Outreach's features to meaningful business outcomes. While the company heavily features AI, this role is customer-facing and sales-oriented, not directly building or researching AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Acting as a subject matter expert on the Outreach platform, supporting customers and internal stakeholders throughout the sales process.
  2. Partnering with Sales to conduct structured discovery, identifying customer goals, challenges, risks, and success criteria.
  3. Designing and delivering engaging, outcome-oriented product demonstrations that connect Outreach capabilities to customer use cases.
  4. Supporting opportunity qualification by uncovering technical, process, and operational requirements.
  5. Translating customer workflows into clear, value-based solution narratives aligned to Outreach’s platform and AI capabilities.

Skills

  • 4-6+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or a related customer-facing role within SaaS.
