Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams through a full product lifecycle for AI-powered humanoid robots, focusing on integration, planning, and execution from concept to scaled production and commercialization.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own programs end-to-end. Identify resource requirements and be accountable for executing on company goals and roadmap. Challenge assumptions and foster a results-driven culture.
  2. Partner directly with engineering teams to execute solutions and adapt quickly when priorities shift. Coordinate across multiple functions including engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed.
  3. Create and communicate clear paths to success. Develop schedules, define milestones, and maintain execution plans that keep programs on track.
  4. Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Clearly articulate requirements, goals, and milestones across teams.

Skills

Required

  • Proven experience coordinating mechanical, electrical, firmware, product, software, and AI/ML teams to deliver fully integrated, sophisticated systems.
  • Track record of driving measurable outcomes, managing critical path and interdependencies, and delivering against company roadmap goals.
  • Experience supporting system integration and scaling hardware/software platforms.
  • Ability to align product and engineering teams, prioritize effectively, and execute successfully in fast-paced, limited-resource settings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering or Applied Physics required
