Senior Total Rewards Analyst

Toast Toast · Enterprise · Bangalore, India · G & A : Total Rewards and Operations

This role focuses on leveraging AI and advanced data analytics to modernize compensation delivery and insights within an enterprise setting. The Senior Total Rewards Analyst will transform HRIS data into actionable insights, build executive dashboards, and automate compensation processes. While the role uses AI tools and aims to transform workflows with AI, the core output is not AI models or agents, but rather enhanced HR analytics and reporting.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct comprehensive market pricing, participate in annual salary surveys (e.g., Radford, Compa, Pave), and perform internal compensation reviews to develop data-driven recommendations for compensation bands and individual roles.
  2. Modernize compensation delivery by transforming raw HRIS data into actionable insights using AI, automation, and advanced data visualization. This includes building executive-level dashboards (tracking metrics like position in range, turnover, and promotion velocity) and modeling market trends to streamline reporting and enhance decision-making.
  3. Build and maintain scalable datasets and dashboards (e.g., Workday, Sigma, Snowflake) to support compensation decision-making. Integrate data across Compensation, Equity, and Payroll systems to deliver a cohesive view of pay outcomes. Improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and accessibility of insights for stakeholders.
  4. Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up. In this role, you'll blend analytical rigor with creative problem-solving — using tools like AI, automation, and advanced data visualization to modernize how we deliver compensation insights.
  5. Build and manage the infrastructure for annual compensation reviews, including creating budget models, manager-facing tools, and cycle analytics.
