What you'd actually do

  1. Design and execute the risk management strategy, defining success metrics that align with company-wide objectives.
  2. Independently manage strategic programs from start to finish, identifying blockers and creating robust mitigation plans.
  3. Apply deep expertise in T&S operations to design risk mitigation frameworks across policies, products, and strategic initiatives.
  4. Build long-term relationships with senior management (VP/ELT) and external partners (NGOs, Law Enforcement) to gain acceptance for strategic safety goals.
  5. Use qualitative and quantitative risk signals to inform annual planning and resource allocation.
