Service Delivery Coordinator

This role is a Service Delivery Coordinator responsible for managing the operational aspects of Professional Services engagements, including scheduling, financial tracking, and data hygiene. It is not directly related to AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinate and manage scheduling for Professional Services engagements, aligning resources and timelines for existing customer installs and deployments.
  2. Hold Onboarding and Technical Kick Off Calls with customers to ensure deployment readiness post sales.
  3. Support purchase order (PO) and invoice tracking, validation, and reconciliation to ensure alignment between services delivered and financial records.
  4. Maintain and manage PSO calendars, ensuring accurate visibility into upcoming work, milestones, and deliverables.
  5. Drive data hygiene across systems of record (e.g., CRM, project tracking tools, financial systems), ensuring accuracy and completeness of work orders, project records, and customer data.

Skills

Required

  • 2–4+ years of experience in coordination, operations, project support, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting scheduling, project coordination, and financial tracking (POs/invoices).
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process consistency.
  • Ability to identify issues early and escalate effectively with clear communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in common business systems (e.g., CRM platforms, project management tools, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools).
  • Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in an evolving, high-growth environment.
  • Experience computer network implementation, encompassing systems software, applications software, hardware, and configuration management.
