Tenstorrent is seeking a SoC Chiplet Design Lead to drive the design and development of advanced System-on-Chip (SoC) architectures targeting AI, HPC, and automotive markets. This role involves leading cross-functional teams through the entire SoC lifecycle, from concept to tape-out, focusing on performance, scalability, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SoC and chiplet design, RTL design, and digital architecture, with proven experience in leading end-to-end SoC development and verification.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive the design and development of advanced System-on-Chip (SoC) architectures targeting AI, HPC and automotive markets that push the boundaries of performance, scalability, and efficiency.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams through the entire SoC lifecycle—from concept and architecture through RTL, verification, and tape-out—while ensuring design excellence and integration success.
  3. Proven experience leading end-to-end SoC development, from concept to volume production.
  4. Mastery of SoC verification, synthesis, and timing closure workflows.
  5. Ability to manage internal and third-party IP integrations, lead design reviews, and closely collaborate with the DFT team
