Solutions Engineer for an enterprise software company, focusing on demonstrating product value to potential customers, supporting sales, and collaborating on product strategy. What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with the Sales team to lead custom product demonstrations based upon business process and workflow of existing customers
  2. Support Special Projects for the Enterprise Sales Team, as the lead technical sales representative
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders in R&D, Sales, and Onboarding on product roadmap strategy to scale customer acquisition and revenue activation for industries tied to sales projects
  4. Enable new hires and internal teammates on the most up-to-date product functionality, industry insights, and talk track best practices.
  5. Analyze and provide objective feedback for Account Executives if customers are compatible with the recommended product and/or features

Skills

Required

  • 4 years of experience in sales engineering and/or relevant experience in Sales, Product, or Engineering
  • Associate degree required
  • Proven track record of success within or assisting the Sales organization at previous company
  • Natural ability to think and act proactively to address roadblocks and issues
