This role supports Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy by coordinating demand generation, sales enablement, events, and asset management. It involves applying AI tools to scale output, accelerate content production, and enhance audience intelligence. Key responsibilities include assisting with GTM launch activities, market research, sales enablement material translation, KPI tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires experience with AI tools for content and campaign workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assist in the coordination and execution of GTM launch activities for new and existing products, working from playbooks and direction set by GTM leadership
  2. Assist in gathering and organizing research on market trends, customer segments, and competitor positioning to inform GTM messaging
  3. Translate product release notes into clear, customer-facing language for use by sales and marketing teams
  4. Help compile and organize campaign and GTM performance data into dashboards and reporting templates
  5. Act as a connective resource between product, sales, marketing, and events teams — ensuring information flows and deadlines are met

Skills

Required

  • 2-4 years of business experience analyzing complex problems with proven results in influencing business outcomes
  • 2+ years of demand generation experience, ideally within growth-stage company environments
  • B2B SaaS experience and strong familiarity with inbound demand generation funnels
  • Experience working with sales development teams
  • Ability to lead by influence, especially working cross-functionally with product, sales and marketing leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets to drive business decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively, communicate conflicting priorities, and propose solutions
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage dependencies and align timelines across multiple departments.
  • Entrepreneurial test and learn mindset with a track record of innovation and the ability to move and pivot quickly
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar) applied to content, enablement, or campaign workflows

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Airtable, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience building or maintaining content repositories and GTM asset libraries
  • Background in growth-stage marketing environments
