This is a sales role focused on selling Axon's Fixed LPR cameras and integrated solutions to law enforcement agencies. The role involves leading sales strategy, acting as a technical expert on LPR products, supporting complex sales cycles, delivering demos, and collaborating with internal teams. While the product involves data and potentially AI components, the core function of this role is sales and business development, not direct AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead LPR Sales Strategy: Drive sales of Axon’s Fixed LPR cameras by identifying use cases, crafting tailored solutions, and closing deals in collaboration with Key Account Leaders.
  2. Be the Technical Expert: Act as the go-to resource for LPR product knowledge, implementation logistics, data workflows, and competitive differentiation.
  3. Support Complex Sales Cycles: Partner with KALs to engage decision-makers, RFPs, and drive long-term strategic opportunities within large public safety agencies.
  4. Deliver Demos & Field Proofs: Coordinate and deliver compelling product demonstrations, pilots, and customer education sessions to showcase the impact of Axon’s LPR technology.
  5. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, and Field Sales to ensure smooth pre-sales and post-sale transitions.
