This role is focused on supporting the design and execution of pilot programs and growth initiatives within Instacart's retail Go-To-Market Operations team. The primary responsibilities involve improving quality, increasing order volume, and enhancing in-store workflows for retail partners. The role requires collaboration with Product, Retail, and Data Science teams, but the core function is operational improvement and program coordination, not direct AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the design and execution of pilot programs aimed at improving quality, increasing order volume, reducing costs, and enhancing in-store workflows for our retail partners.
  2. Collaborate with Product, Retail, and Data Science teams to test, validate, and help scale successful operational innovations across our network of launched stores.
  3. Contribute to the development of strategic frameworks used to identify and evaluate new growth opportunities and address operational process gaps.
  4. Track the impact of initiatives against established KPIs, help synthesize results, and support reporting to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  5. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven experimentation within the team and broader organization.
