This role is for a Sr Embedded Technical Account Manager at Axon, focusing on the deployment and management of Axon Records Management (RMS) and Standards (IA) systems. The role involves working with clients, sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver complex technical solutions, scale project methodologies for international markets, and ensure client acceptance for revenue recognition. It requires strong program management, software implementation experience, and IT concepts knowledge. Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is required, along with the ability to pass a CJIS background check and security clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manages all aspects of complex enterprise-grade SaaS product deployments
  2. Joins forces with the Product and Engineering team to ensure national, state and/or territory requirements are accurately defined
  3. Oversees program-level change management activities in conjunction with client partners and internal stakeholders
  4. Ensures program milestones and deadlines are met and associated documentation supports customer acceptance for purposes of revenue recognition
  5. Works closely with customers, sales, product, engineering, and software services leaders to define the vision, scope, and delivery timelines for project deliverables

Skills

Required

  • PMP certification
  • Experience utilizing technical program/project management tracking tools
  • Experience delivering large software deployment, infrastructure, or enterprise application programs
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail capabilities
  • Previous experience with international business operations and scaling projects for international markets
  • 5+ years of IT experience in a support or deployment role
  • Ability to work autonomously to meet objectives with minimal oversight
  • Analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
