This is a Senior Finance Manager role focused on Corporate FP&A, owning the top-line revenue model, leading long-range planning, and partnering with executive leadership on financial storytelling. What you'd actually do

  1. Own and maintain the company's top-line revenue model, including ARR, billings, churn, and expansion drivers
  2. Lead the company-wide long-range planning (LRP) process, partnering with FP&A, strategy, and executive leadership to develop and maintain a flexible, multi-scenario financial model
  3. Own reporting and deep-dive analysis across core SaaS and business performance metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, expansion, pipeline, pricing, and product usage); go beyond the numbers to explain what's driving results and why it matters
  4. Partner cross-functionally with pricing, pipeline, and product teams to synthesize insights into cohesive narratives for senior leadership and board materials
  5. Manage and develop direct reports, including goal setting, prioritization, and individual development planning

Skills

Required

  • 10–12+ years of progressive FP&A experience
  • meaningful time in SaaS or recurring revenue businesses
  • 3+ years of people management or mentorship experience
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, LTV/CAC) and how they connect to financial statements
  • Proven ability to build and maintain complex, driver-based financial models with limited guidance
  • Strong executive communication skills
  • Experience supporting or directly contributing to board-level financial materials
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments where priorities shift

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital is strongly preferred
  • Experience with FP&A planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, Planful, or similar)
