What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for Ad Inventory products, driving healthy growth while balancing complex trade-offs across users, advertisers, and Snap's business.
  2. Optimize the user-ad experience, serving as the internal voice for ad inventory and forecasting products across the organization.
  3. Build new Ad Marketplace products and structures that improve overall monetization of ad inventory, including AI-powered and data-intensive solutions.
  4. Define, manage, and execute a long-term roadmap which includes AI powered and data intensive products.
  5. Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally.

Skills

Required

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 8+ years of experience in consumer, digital advertising products, or marketplace products
  • Experience with marketplace technologies and familiarity with auction mechanics.
  • Experience working on a complex landscape where managing multiple trade-offs are required
  • Deep expertise of marketplace technologies and familiarity with auction mechanics.
  • Strong system-level thinking across users’ organic experience, advertiser objectives and company goals, with the ability to connect levers across the full delivery stack.
  • Proven ability to collaborate strategically across all levels of an organization – from executives to engineering, data scientists, designers, product managers and other cross-functional partners.
  • Revenue-focused leadership with a track record of driving growth in optimization advertising products.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and experimentation to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Ability to drive projects from strategy through to completion, balancing tactical execution with long-term vision.

  • BA/BS degree in in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, economics, or related field
  • Experience with ad and/or marketing technology at a top-tier digital ad platform
  • Advanced quantitative degree (e.g. statistics, engineering, finance, math)
