Staff Product Manager, Australia

ServiceTitan ServiceTitan · Enterprise · Australia · Remote

Staff Product Manager to lead international product roadmap for Australia, adapting ServiceTitan's platform for the Australian market, focusing on localization, customer research, and GTM partnership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the multi-year product roadmap for Australia, balancing immediate localization needs (e.g., GST compliance, date-time modifications) with long-term market differentiators that unblock Sales and drive long-term retention.
  2. Lead deep-dive customer research with Australian contractors to uncover unarticulated needs, ensuring we build "pro-grade" solutions rather than just checking boxes. Translate these insights into actionable requirements to build against.
  3. Act as a global advocate, collaborating with US-based core product teams to ensure our global architecture is built for seamless internationalization. Define and deliver Australia-specific functionality with engineering & design partners.
  4. Work hand-in-hand with our Australian Go-To-Market team (Sales, Implementation, and Success) to ensure they’re equipped to serve our customers effectively and iterate on feedback.
  5. Establish and track region-specific metrics—product adoption, localized feature parity, and churn—that roll up into ServiceTitan’s global targets.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of launching products in new geographic markets or managing complex localization/internationalization projects
  • Deep comfort with complex integrations—including accounting ecosystems (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and API-heavy telecom workflows
  • A "scrappy" founder’s mindset. You are comfortable operating with high autonomy, limited resources, and the stakes of a new market entry.
  • The ability to distill complex regional requirements into a compelling "why" for executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • A data-first approach to prioritization, using both quantitative metrics and qualitative "boots on the ground" insights to make tough trade-off decisions.
  • Ability to work an adjusted schedule (e.g., 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM AEST) to ensure high-bandwidth collaboration and synchronous overlap with our US-based engineering and product teams.
