What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for Snap's Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) business, one of the company's most critical growth areas.
  2. Drive the evolution of Dynamic Ads solutions, including building 0→1 products that expand Snap's capabilities in feed-based advertising.
  3. Define product strategy and roadmap using market insights, emerging trends, and data analysis.
  4. Lead core DPA infrastructure, including catalog ingestion, feed quality, optimization, and performance improvements.
  5. Expand DPA into new verticals such as Dynamic Travel Ads (DTA), Streaming, and other feed-based ecosystems.

Skills

Required

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 8+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company
  • Experience working with shopping systems/catalog, feed optimization, and ranking systems
  • Strong understanding of digital or social advertising
  • Experience with ads product development, with a focus on performance or direct response advertising.
  • Experience building shopping, commerce, or feed-based advertising solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate and drive alignment across all levels, from executives to engineers.
  • Experience driving products from strategy through launch and iteration.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes across a complex organization.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in experimentation and data-driven decision making.

Nice to have

  • Technical understanding of ad delivery systems and product recommender systems
  • Experience building or scaling Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) or similar feed-based ad formats at a major social or search platform
  • Experience expanding ad products into verticals such as shopping, travel, streaming, gaming, or financial services
