Program Leadership & Execution
- Lead strategic tech wide programs and initiatives that drive operational excellence and efficiency across the organization
- Own end-to-end program delivery—from planning and scoping through execution and impact measurement
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Drive alignment across teams to ensure coordinated effort toward shared goals
- Facilitate regular and ad hoc leadership meetings, synthesizing discussions into clear action items, ownership, and timelines
Stakeholder Communication & Influence
- Communicate program strategy, progress, and impact to stakeholders at all levels—from executives to individual contributors
- Provide regular updates, solicit feedback, and proactively address blockers to maintain momentum
- Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans that align teams and drive accountability

Your Expertise:
12+ years of program management experience in technology companies, with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs on time and within scope
Strategic communication skills
- Exceptional listener who synthesizes complex discussions into clear, actionable insights
- Translates technical concepts and strategic priorities into concise written communication tailored to diverse audiences—from engineering and data science to executive leadership
- Adapts communication style to resonate with different functions and stakeholder groups
Cross-functional influence and collaboration
- Builds trust and secures buy-in across multiple teams and levels of the organization
- Navigates ambiguity and organizational complexity to align stakeholders around shared goals
- Fluent in the languages of engineering, product, data science, and business operations
Comfort with ambiguity and complexity
- Thrives in undefined problem spaces, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous situations
- Makes informed decisions and drives progress even with incomplete information
- Identifies patterns and creates frameworks where none exist, enabling teams to move forward confidently
Your Location:
This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
