Strategic Account Executive

This role is for a Strategic Account Executive at Axon, responsible for selling Axon's products and services to large Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies. It's a quota-carrying, external field position focused on managing and growing revenue, building senior-level relationships, and driving customer satisfaction. The role requires extensive experience in Software Sales (SaaS/Cloud) and consultative selling, with a focus on articulating complex solutions and managing client accounts.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve Axon’s strategic objectives
  2. Develop and maintain client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth
  3. Develop and execute account strategy by collaborating with account team to deliver stronger, more relevant value propositions
  4. Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery to accounts
  5. Focus on customer's satisfaction, know the customer's business and workflows, develop proper contact network within accounts

Skills

Required

  • Extensive demonstrable track record in Software Sales (SaaS / Cloud)
  • Relationship / consultative selling experience
  • Able to clearly and directly articulate complex solution offerings
  • Data management experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Virtualization and Cloud understanding
  • Team Player - collaborate with various team members regularly
  • Ready to own & drive the territory
