What you'd actually do

  1. Own and maintain relationships across a portfolio of 175+ strategic food and beverage sellers, driving account expansion, retention, and satisfaction
  2. Understand Food and Beverage customer needs to help achieve their business goals through Square
  3. Cross sell and upsell products based on discovering customer needs
  4. Effectively and strategically address customer concerns and issues
  5. Help grow our managed accounts program through contracts and renewals

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years experience in Sales, Account Management or a related field
  • Experience discovering and closing sales opportunities and building client relationships.
  • Experience successfully managing a pipeline to achieve revenue targets
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Passion and knowledge about how new technologies can help better serve small and medium size businesses
  • Experience within the Food and Beverage industry is preferred
