Strategic Account Manager, Public Sector, Brazil

This role is for a Strategic Account Manager focused on the Public Sector in Brazil, responsible for selling Axon's ecosystem of devices and cloud software to Law Enforcement and Public Safety agencies. The position requires managing and growing revenue, building senior-level relationships, and navigating complex sales opportunities. While Axon's products may involve AI, this role is focused on sales and account management, not AI development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve Axon’s strategic objectives
  2. Develop and maintain client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth
  3. Develop and execute account strategy by collaborating with account team to deliver stronger, more relevant value propositions
  4. Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery to accounts
  5. Focus on customer's satisfaction, know the customer's business and workflows, develop proper contact network within accounts

Skills

Required

  • Bilingual in Portuguese and English
  • Able to travel up to 70%
  • An extensive demonstrable track record in Software Sales (SaaS / Cloud)
  • Relationship / consultative selling experience
  • Able to clearly and directly articulate complex solution offerings
  • Data management experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Virtualization and Cloud understanding
  • Team Player - collaborate with various team members regularly
  • Ready to own & drive the territory

Nice to have

  • Startup experience & some vertical experience a plus
  • Law Enforcement / Public Safety experience a plus
