Seeking a Talent Business Partner to join the Talent Acquisition team as a contingent worker, supporting the Sales Development organization. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume sales roles, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience during sales scaling efforts. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, managing the recruitment process, and tracking candidate data in the ATS. Requires 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales or high-volume environments, proficiency with sourcing channels and ATS systems, and strong organizational skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Sales Development roles, from sourcing and screening through offer and close, while maintaining a best-in-class candidate experience.
  2. Source and attract active and passive candidates through various resources including direct outreach, referrals, social networks, LinkedIn, networking events, and job boards.
  3. Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure alignment on hiring needs, role requirements, and evaluation criteria.
  4. Ensure diversity and inclusion strategies are incorporated throughout each step of the hiring process.
  5. Track and maintain accurate candidate data, pipeline activity, and requisition status in the ATS.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience sourcing and identifying candidates through social media, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
  • Experience using modern ATS systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever
  • Working knowledge of fair and unbiased interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and initiative
