What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for the full product dev cycle of Traveler Messaging Platform, including requirements gathering, impact assessment, prioritization, releases, QA, collaborative stakeholder management, proactive risk management.
  2. Be responsible for the platform performance metrics.
  3. Troubleshoot API issues, QA new APIs, write API documentation.
  4. Preparing and presenting cases for the platform improvements, business enablement and issue resolution.
  5. Drive alignment of projects/programs across marketing and other business units including tech stakeholders.

Required

  • 2+ years of proven experience in platform Product Management
  • Ability to understand implication of technical decisions to the product, contribute in a technical conversation, write technical documentation and dogfood APIs as well as troubleshoot technical API issues.
