Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years experience of electrical, mechanical, or hardware project management at a tech or consumer electronics company
  • Expert in schedule creation and management for hardware products
  • Ability to design experiments (DOE) for hardware build configurations and hardware build management
  • Proficient with materials planning and lead times for hardware builds
  • Skilled at risk identification and mitigation across hardware
  • Strong motivational leadership skills

Nice to have

  • Proven track record of interdisciplinary system integration of electrical, mechanical, and software components
  • Experience with project/issue tracking and version control software
