Sierra is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles (engineering, product, data, and infrastructure). The role involves partnering with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, engaging and closing candidates, managing the interview process, and reporting on recruiting metrics. Experience in a fast-paced tech environment and a strong network are required. Understanding of technical roles is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting process for technical roles (engineering, product, data, and infrastructure), delivering a high-quality experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
  2. Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to define role requirements, develop compelling position profiles, and align on hiring priorities and timelines
  3. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, communities, events, etc.) to attract both active and passive technical talent
  4. Proactively identify, engage, and close top technical candidates in a competitive market
  5. Manage and continuously optimize the interview process, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and equitable hiring practices
