Technical Support Engineer for an agentic AI platform, focusing on customer issue resolution, trend identification, and best practice education. This role is customer-facing and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills within a hybrid work environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Working both independently and as a team, in a fast-paced environment, directly with our customers
  2. Managing inbound support emails, chats, and phone calls, as well as outgoing customer calls
  3. Providing articulate, high-quality support to customers by helping resolve support questions, identifying and reporting on trends and educating on best practices
  4. Collaborating with teams across different departments
