This role provides technical support for Agility Robotics' humanoid robots, assisting customers with issues, troubleshooting, and collaborating with engineering teams. It requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and product improvement.

What you'd actually do

  1. Respond, resolve and support external or internal customer issues. Investigates, analyzes, and solves customer technical or operational issues. Requires knowledge of Agility’s products and services.
  2. Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our robotics products and services.
  4. Work closely with our engineering and technical teams to resolve complex customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  5. Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions using our ticketing system.
