ServiceTitan is seeking a Technical Talent Business Partner to join their Talent Acquisition team. The role involves partnering with hiring leaders to develop and execute talent strategies, manage full-cycle recruiting, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth tech companies, and strong sourcing and organizational skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly
  2. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to attract and engage diverse talent; ensure diversity and inclusion strategies are incorporated throughout the steps in the hiring process, from pipeline development to hire
  3. Source and attract active and passive candidates from various resources, including direct sourcing, referrals, social networks, networking events, etc.
  4. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for various positions to meet hiring goals while maintaining best-in-class candidate experience
  5. Ensure hiring teams adhere to recruiting processes and procedures
