Toast is seeking a bilingual Mandarin Territory Account Executive to drive sales growth within Spanish Cuisine restaurants in San Francisco. The role involves a consultative sales approach, converting inbound leads, generating new opportunities, and building relationships with restaurateurs. The Account Executive will recommend Toast's platform to improve business operations, increase sales, and engage customers. Responsibilities include following up on leads, conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations, creating quotes and contracts, and understanding the competitive landscape. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, with Mandarin used for customer communication and English for internal communication. Prior sales experience is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Following up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support
  2. Conducting discovery calls & product demonstrations in your customer’s preferred language
  3. Creating and reviewing quotes and contracts in your customer’s preferred language
  4. Ensure our onboarding team and customer are set up for success post sale
  5. Understand the competitive landscape in your market (strengths, weaknesses, benefits) to best position Toast.
