This role is for a Territory Account Executive focused on selling Toast's Retail platform to convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops. It involves prospecting, building relationships, conducting demos, and managing the sales cycle. While Toast uses AI tools internally and in its hiring process, this specific role is a sales position and not directly involved in building or deploying AI/ML models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Use a consultative approach to prospect, build relationships, and sign up convenience stores, grocery stores and bottle shops
  2. Generate lists of prospective convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops and manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close
  3. Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospect’s needs
  4. Partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery
  5. Leverage Salesforce (our CRM) to manage all sales activities
