Toast is seeking a Territory Account Executive for Retail in South Texas. This role involves prospecting, building relationships, and closing new accounts for the Toast Retail platform, which serves convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops. The position requires a consultative sales approach, a founder's mindset, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle. Fluency in Spanish is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Use a consultative approach to prospect, build relationships, and sign up convenience stores, grocery stores and bottle shops
  2. Generate lists of prospective convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops and manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close
  3. Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospect’s needs
  4. Partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery
  5. Leverage Salesforce (our CRM) to manage all sales activities
