Toast is expanding its POS platform into new food and beverage concepts like convenience stores and grocery stores with its Toast Retail platform. This role involves a consultative sales approach to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new accounts, understanding their needs to develop customized solutions. The Account Executive will manage the sales cycle, conduct demos, partner with internal teams, and leverage Salesforce. What you'd actually do

  1. Use a consultative approach to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new convenience stores, grocery stores and bottle shops
  2. Generate lists of prospective convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops and manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close
  3. Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospect’s needs
  4. Partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery
  5. Leverage Salesforce (our CRM) to manage all sales activities
