This is a bilingual Spanish field sales role for Toast, a company that provides technology solutions for restaurants. The Account Executive will focus on growing Toast's presence within the Spanish Cuisine restaurant segment by converting inbound leads, generating new opportunities, and building relationships with restaurateurs. The role involves consultative sales, conducting calls and demos, and closing contracts in the customer's preferred language. While the company uses AI tools internally and in its hiring process, this specific role is a sales position and does not involve building or directly working with AI/ML models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Following up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support
  2. Conducting discovery calls & product demonstrations in your customer’s preferred language
  3. Creating and reviewing quotes and contracts in your customer’s preferred language
  4. Ensure our onboarding team and customer are set up for success post sale
  5. Understand the competitive landscape in your market (strengths, weaknesses, benefits) to best position Toast.

Skills

Required

  • Fluency in both oral and written English and Spanish
  • Prior Sales experience
