This role is a sales management position at Toast, a company that provides technology solutions for restaurants. What you'd actually do

  1. Directly manages 6-8 Account Executives and is responsible for the productivity of these reps and their pipelines
  2. Coach the reps to conduct efficient discovery meetings, live demos, and crafting a solution that best meets the prospect’s needs in Spanish
  3. Support the Director by gathering front-line feedback and helping us determine where we should invest resources in these strategic cuisine markets.
  4. Find opportunities to make the funnel for each market more efficient by having an entrepreneurial mindset
  5. Partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery

Skills

Required

  • Fluently speak Spanish
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a sourcing and/or closing role
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Proven track record of success
  • Passionate with the ability to inspire and motivate those around them
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, creative, and flexible with the ability to perform well under pressure
